Ageless e-mail! Microsoft files for “Immortal Computing” patent

Ok, what will they think of next? I guess since they couldn’t get the rights to Cyrogenics anymore, this is the next best thing. What do you think about Microsoft’s latest endeavor?

Microsoft has filed a patent on the idea of sending e-mail messages that will be delivered years, decades or even CENTURIES after your death in forms that can be understood by future generations with unknown languages and technologies.
