Architect Vincent Callebaut has dreamed up this floating fantasy island as a possible way to handle over crowding. Each pad has a titanium dioxide skin to combat atmospheric CO2 and uses solar, wind, tidal and biomass power to generate power for up to 50,000 inhabitants.
