Nikon D700 DSLR: 12.1MP, 51-point autofocus, EXPEED processor
Nikon finally put all the speculation and rumors to rest over the new D700 DSLR digital camera making the official announcement on July 1st. The new camera has some nice features, sporting a 12.1-megapixel FX-format sensor, Nikon’s EXPEED Image Processing System, a 51-point auto focus system with 3D Focus Tracking and two Live View shooting modes for the 3-inch preview display. Although for the price tag ($2,999.95) it won’t be gracing my camera bag anytime soon. You can check out a preview over at DPRview.
