One of the latest teaser trailers for Eidos’ Tomb Raider: Underworld takes Lara Croft under the sea. The Mediterranean Sea, that is. The Anniversary edition of the game uses an enhanced version of the Tomb raider Legend engine bringing Lara’s search for the mythical Scion to modern day standards. Widely acclaimed as one of the most influential and innovative games of it’s time, this could easily launch a new era that sees gaming companies revamp some old namesakes with newer engines. Tomb Raider Anniversary is an entirely new gameplay experience inspired by Lara Croft’s first ever Tomb Raider adventure.
