Hasbro Millennium Falcon

You would think just being able to claim you own the kick ass Hasbro Millennium Falcon would be good enough but not so for Gizmodo reader Peter Clute. No, Peter wasn’t content with nagging his friends with the fact he had such an awesome geek toy, no, Peter had to go and modify it. From a distant his Falcon could double as a movie studio prop, complete with wear and tear painting, motion sensors and a butt load of LED’s.

The very next thing I did was set to tearing it apart to see how it worked. Once I had it apart, I decided to add some additional LED running lights and some interior lights as well. In all I have about 18 hours into this project and I am pleased with the results. Needless to say Pete Jr is certainly excited about it too.
