Osama bin Laden shot dead in northeastern India
A bit of off-topic news. A killer elephant that has been blamed for 14 deaths in the northern state of Assam was killed by a licensed shooter near the Behali forest reserve. The 10-foot tall bull had been named Osama bin Laden by area villagers who lived in fear of the animal. After killing a woman on Wednesday, wildlife authorities issued an order to have “Laden” shot and killed by Dec 31.
